----NPI and N2 Technologies Lytec 2007 and 2006 clients Lytec defaults your new forms to c:\program files\NDCLytec 2006. If your forms folder is on the server you need to go to c:\program files\NDCLytec 2006 and copy all CMS 1500 files to your forms folder on your Server. Lytec's forms are pulling some incorrect fields and printing incorrect fonts. Click on the following to download our modified forms. Save them into your forms directory. if you don'y know your forms directory, open lytec, go to Reports....Custom reports...edit custom reports and look at the following

Hit the down arrow on the Look in: combo box. This will tell you the windows path to the forms you ue in Lytec
